Mabra Law Team Spotlight

Gregory L. Roseboro, our valued counsel, brings 29 years of illustrious experience from the University of Georgia School of Law. Previously, he served as assistant dean for admissions, diversity and inclusion, and strategic initiatives.

Greg's journey at UGA began in 1994 when he joined as assistant director of admissions, student affairs, and legal career services. Over the years, he made significant contributions, eventually overseeing admissions for JD and graduate programs. His work in diversity and inclusion strengthened ties with faculty, students, and alumni.

During his tenure, Greg guided and mentored nearly 6,000 law students, including prominent Georgia legal leaders like Ronnie Mabra and Jarrod Burch. He also advised various student associations and remains an adjunct faculty member, teaching 'Race and Law.'

As a 'double Dawg,' Greg earned both his bachelor's and law degrees from UGA. As an undergraduate, he excelled as a mid-distance runner, earning All-SEC honors and representing the U.S. Junior Team.

Before his academic career, Greg practiced personal injury law in Athens and worked as a settlement negotiator with State Farm and the United Services Automobile Association. He's deeply committed to community leadership, having served as the former pastor of Piney Grove Baptist Church in Comer, GA.
